We provide the following services free of charge:
Map
We offer you a city map with some recommendations of the most important places in the city and the best routes to discover Valencia.
2 Locks
We also include 2 locks per bike, so you can fully secure your bike avoiding thefts.
Repair Service
In the event of problems, a flat tire or any other issue, we will go to your exact location and solve it with no extra fee.
Smartphone Holder
If you're one of those who cannot live without Google Maps, we offer you a smartphone holder to keep you on the road (1 per group).
Basket
Most of our bikes have a front basket where you can comfortably place your belongins.

*Theft insurance covers half the price of a stolen bicycle. In the event of theft, the compensation will be half (€175 for a standard bicycle instead of €350 without insurance; €350 for an electric bicycle instead of €700). We also provide two good locks per bicycle to securely lock them in the bike racks located throughout the city.
